Overview
RF FastSPICE is the most comprehensive
and powerful multi-tone periodic analyzer in the industry. In addition to
containing all of capabilities in the Noise
Analysis Option™ device noise
analyzer, RF FastSPICE includes
powerful proprietary multi-tone analysis engines. Like all Berkeley Design
Automation tools, this tool provides true SPICE accuracy with superior
performance on much larger circuits than is otherwise possible. The tool’s target
applications are complete nanometer CMOS multi-mode/channel transmit and
receive chains and their complex blocks.
