Position Description
The person will be responsible for the implementation and development of models in BDA's circuit simulator. The person would also have the requisite background on circuit simulators to carry out this implementation.

Responsibilities
•    Implement new device models in the circuit simulator
•    Improve performance, convergence, and related issues on the implemented models
•    Verify accuracy of the models and create test cases
•    Build and maintain suitable interfaces to implement models from VerilogA and other simulators such as Berkeley SPICE3

Requirements
•    Previous experience in implementing device models in a circuit simulator
•    General experience of at least 2 years in areas related to circuit simulators
•    Excellent knowledge of the basic diode, bipolar, and MOS models
•    Good understanding of basic circuit simulation algorithms
•    Outstanding programming skills in C/C++
•    Graduate degree in Electrical Engineering or relevant area

Desirable
•    Familiarity with architecture of model implementation in Berkeley SPICE3
•    Familiarity with Philips Simkit
•    Familiarity with VerilogA
•    Knowledge of time domain simulation of transmission lines and scattering parameters
